Father of the 1-year-old twins who died in a hot car is 'inconsolable and beside himself,' attorney says

Juan Rodriguez is living every parent's worst nightmare. In the past 48 hours, his 1-year-old twins died after Rodriguez forgot them in a car for eight hours in temperatures that reached unimaginable levels in a car and were in the mid-80s outside.
