McConnell reverses course on Supreme Court nominees

Before the 2016 presidential election, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell blocked a vote for President Obama's SCOTUS nominee. Now, he says if there were a vacancy in 2020, he'd hold a vote on a Trump nominee.
