Maryland Confirms 3 Coronavirus Cases, As COVID-19 Spreads In Other States

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, pictured in February, urged residents not to panic as he announced the states first three cases of coronavirus tests.

"We have been actively preparing for this situation over the last several weeks across all levels of government," Gov. Larry Hogan said on Thursday.
